Yall, Yous, You'ns

The 'standard' Modern English dialect is singular in its lack of a 2nd person plural pronoun distinguishable from the 2nd singular. Clearly such a distinction is necessary for intelligent communication since all the dialects provide one. The author is from North Carolina and hence uses what is natural to him, not you all, but a true pronoun yall. Others may substitute the appropriate regional variant: yous (what is more natural than adding s to form the plural), you'ns (as in young'ns, big'ns, them'ns, etc.
