Over the last 20 years Russian Language Centre of Moscow Lomonosov State University ("MGU-Russian") has been on
the wave of mounting interest and demand in russian language, receiving annually about 700 students from more than 40 countries.
The last year confirmed growth of popularity of "MGU-Russian" language courses. The geography of the countries presented in "MGU-Russian" has extended.

Statistics:
7 out of our 10 students are at the age of 18-35, the others are at the age of 35-70.
60 % of our students have been offered an elementary russian course, 40 % - programs of the advanced level.
Approximately half of all trainees - students, they prefered programs for 4-6 weeks; managers, businessmen,
tourists (30 %) chose 2 - 4 week programs, the others chose programs and special offers from 2 up to
6 months. A part of trainees took individual courses.
15 % of our students arrived on training for second and third time.
The most prepared students passed the state examination in the Center of Testing and received the state certificate about I (base) or II (very high) level of possession of Russian.
